I would say it's more Battle Royale meets Phoenix Wright than P4 meeting PW, seeing as these kids are the ones killing each other trying to get out alive like BR, rather than the YAAAAAY FUN TV WORLD TIME INVESTIGATIONS WERE ALL THE GOOD GUYS NONE OF US ARE GONNA DIE you get with P4.
