I made the jsk with pink details so I could coord it better with the rest of my wardrobe.(aka my only pink bag) I sadly don't have a red or white bag yet, but it is on my list of future buys.

Your reply made the outfit make a bit more sense. I definitely think the pink in the co-ord looks very forced and out of place (on the design of the dress as well if im going to be honest), and i think you should change the socks, white would look best as it would match your blouse and make the outfit look not so bottom heavy. The construction on the dress is really choppy, not sure if it's salvageable but it's pretty decent for a first try, I would suggest some buttons or lace detailing on the bodice to even it out and honestly i'd rip those hearts off it, or at least the lace around them it looks so jagged. Pink and red are not complimentary colours at all, i understand you wanted it to match your current wardrobe but maybe you should have stuck to what you can work with rather than introducing a difficult colour combo.
