It's a lot like pastel goth, but it's more heavily influenced by Japanese fashion/fairy kei/decora. Like that girl is wearing a skirt from AP and most pastel goths don't know what AP even is. Pic related is more pastel goth, not creepy kei cus it's all western.

Either way i think they're pretty much the same thing.

I think they're really similar and the reason a lot of it doesn't look great is because of that. A lot of the time it just looks like regular ol' pastel goth.

Not heard of "creepy kei", but my understanding was that "pastel goth" was blacks + pastels (didn't necessarily have to be that cute, or could look more like western fashion) and creepy cute didn't have to have any black in it at all (or include pastels, I've seen it in brighter pinks or with green) and is more about the use of creepy motifs (which seems to mainly be eyeballs and stripes) with a cute outfit.

Actually I have one of these and it's how it's meant to be worn, except the clips are meant to dangle free and not clip on to anything. I never wear it but it looked cool about six years ago.
