Package from clobba took 10 days to show up on the tracking site and has now been stuck in customs ( "opening" ) for over three weeks. My paypal claim deadline expires next week. Wat do? Patiently wait and hope for the best?

Have you contacted Clobba yet? Maybe it was returned to them. If not then it may have left china but not updated, happened to me before. The tracker hadn't updated in weeks and then one day I got a notice in my letterbox saying I missed the delivery and it was in a warehouse that I had to go collect it from.
What shipping method did you use?
If Clobba sent the package then no, you don't have the right to file a claim. It's not their fault if it's stuck in customs or it's lost so you can't hold them accountable for that. If it's lost then you will get refunded the amount that was on the package by the postal service (I'm pretty sure?), if you marked the value of your package down then you're screwed.

I always buy insurance. And when I sell I will only accept pp for tracked and insured because of people who think they can get a refund when their package get lost and don't care the seller is out of pocket.

My taobao order from taobaotrends. They are pretty good so far from a person who never used a Chinese SS service. EMS is around 50 USD for a 1.90KGS package. Free images (most places charge you from what I heard.)

Despite not emailing me due to a delay in a seller they are quick to respond when I do the direct email instead of the message system on the website. I couldn't get the Kaneki Ken jacket and they used all of that in my shipping fee so I owed like 23.30 USD in shipping.

Also I have no idea what the Attack on titan item is. I think a seller threw that in for free lol. The box is suppose to be some Gintama mug.

It also depends on where your from imo, and contrary to what most ppl are saying taobao actually does repacking depending on which forwarding service you go with. From reviews I've seen so far 4px for Australia does NOT repack and don't open your packages to check if your items are all there. EMS/DHL for USA/Canada does repack (without you having to ask) and weighs each of you items individually.

What I would do is make an account on taobao, do a fake checkout (don't worry you have to go past the checkout page and then login to alipay before anything is actually charged) to see your shipping options. Get the flat rate for 1st kg and subsequent fee per 500g and record that down, you will also see estimated delivery times. Compare a rough estimate for weight with yoybuy's cost calculator.

Some things to consider:
>only 20 days of free storage for tb, you get 90 days with yoybuy
>taobao's alipay fee is cheaper than yoybuy's visa and paypal fee
>yoybuy has many shipping method options, if you're buying very little it'll be cheaper to go with them vs taobao's flat first kg fee
>english service from yoybuy in case anything goes wrong, if you can converse even a little in chinese you might be okay with taobao

Yes, you can have similar designs, but that's just it, every lolita coat either has ruffles, bows, caplets, or a combination of those three because it's generic. Two coats from different brands can look similar or identical and whether or not it was intentional, that's just the nature of the business because there's only so much you can do with the detailing before it starts looking the same. As a fellow shortie I've found the length for sweaters to be quite good. I ordered oversized stuff though so they were baggy enough to my liking and the sleeves actually ended at a good spot. I do it all the time with taobaoring, sometimes I'll leave a fully arrived order sitting for 2 months then make a new order when I get paid and just add 'please combine with other order' to the notes at the bottom and they do it.

I was in a rush just before xmas and had 2 separate orders that both hadn't fully arrived but most had so I just emailed Sydney and asked her to ship what was currently there and she said it was no problem. That's the only single time I've ever heard anybody complain about KL quality, though I've heard people praise KL's quality many times.

I have Mozarabic Chant and it's great quality but there was an error in the lace. I also have two of the Night Dream coats and I'd say the quality matches the price. About the same quality as high end high street wool coats of the same price but the buttons fall off easily and needed to be resewn and the bow falls off the crocodile grip clip easily (its hot glued on). Overall, I think KL is the best bang for your buck in that price range but they could definitely have tighter quality control.

They said it's either DHL $153 or Airmail (registered) $141 for 5 pairs of shoes.

A similar situation happened with me recently on another website when I was paying with Visa. I'm in the Netherlands. It's kinda important to try and keep shipping as low as possible (which is why I usually prefer SAL which they don't seem to be offering).

Seems pretty decent, Id say same quality as any standard swimsuit from a department store.

I quite like the skirt (bias opinion cos love painting prints) but it fits a petticoat and didnt need any alterations in length like I thought and is definitely wearable with lolita. Mine has a flaw in the print on the back print, the print isnt very crisp, good from a distance and reasonable up close. Definitely awesome for the price!

Underbust thing is pretty good quality, doesnt feel like its going to fall apart at least, the fake leather isnt THAT fantastic and Id say will wear pretty fast but otherwise Im pretty happy with it. The cat sweaters are thin, shiny material - not very warm but theyre true to color and the prints are decent. Monster High heads are genuine, better than I was expecting (flawed make up bad hair stated in the description) but makeup was overall good. The bodies are cheap casts, plastic is a little thin and very shiny, but definitely passable with a decent blush.

I'm not sure what term I should search for but I need a blue/aqua gemstone-looking thing like the one on the tie in the link. My taobao package tracking has finally updated after nearly 2 months of nothing and will be coming today.

Problem is it only left the an hour ago and I have work in an hour, wont be able to get it for a week after that due to fucking awkward work hours.

Very tempted to just go into work late after package arrives and blame it on xmas traffic.

How well do you think buying fake Dolce and Gabbana dresses will work out? Will they get pulled up in customs? Im wanting the material and basic construction mostly so I can slightly edit them, but will I have problems with customs getting them?

The unicorn is really nice (giving it away unfortunately) the rib cage was a bit disappointing, but I think the unicorn was $7 as opposed to $3 soooo, edges on the ribcage are a little shabby but the unicorn is definitely nicer.

This you could probably buy all the pieces and make it yourself and do a better job. If youre lazy its still good, but for the price its kinda meh, they could have applied the dome a little better but otherwise the picture inside is good quality.
