I have light eyes, and I wear Neo Lucky Clovers in Blue when I want a subtle enlarging effect. Most people never notice I have lenses in.
Beaucon Shimmers are also some of my favorites, even if the color's more vibrant. I need to order a new pair of those.
I also like the EOS Ice series although those lenses definitely are too bright to be convincing if you're looking for a natural design.

I think either can look pretty cute, just when you're forcing extremes it can look a little uncanny.

I think super clear skin is the most important aspect of the doll look followed by larger then life eyelashes and contact lenses. I feel the type of makeup you should go for does depend on your race. Asian girls and small featured girls can go for the full on porcelain doll look.

That being said, I think women with larger noses or sharper features can pull off a barbie doll sort of look. Look at the Monster High dolls; they're definitely not Asian for the most part.
