I idolise Mana. Mostly because I'm jealous that he is so perfect and beautiful looking, but in a positive way (if that makes sense). It makes me sad that its sort of frowned apon to do your makeup and hair the way he does because they say "It's not lolita" (more visual kei), but I think its beautiful and cute, and wish I could pull it off!

The Irony is that as one of the lolita fashion leaders and people who popularised it, he often spreads the message of, "don't get to bogged down in rules, be yourself, find your own style in lolita, and be happy" yet we can't draw inspo from his style without being labled ita from other lolitas :(

Unpopular opinion, but I always thought Mana looks ugly. Sure, as a brolita he is really convincing, but I never liked the way he coorded his cloths or how he styled his hair/wig. Also I just don't like his face, he looks like an annoyed doll in every picture.
Never understood all the fuss about him.

Same here. It's mostly the way he shapes his lips that annoys me. Once I came across a picture of him with no/minimal makeup on and he looked so much better.
