Not specifically cosplay or lolita, but Spanx is doing 30%-50% off on a lot of things on their ebay shop. I know there is better shapewear out there, but I still picked up a few things for $20-$30 that are normally $50+

The Body Shop has most of their items 40-50% off with free shipping

Uniqlo's sale has been kind of mediocre but they have $1 socks, free shipping and a $25 off $200 coupon

Yoox has had free shipping and an extra 25% off your order coupon since Thanksgiving, it works on everything including sale/clearance items

Target has a pair of women and men's $5 gift baskets that have a bunch of toiletry items in them that would normally be around $25. There's also a women's basket for $10 that has more stuff in it that was worth $50. Their site has free shipping until the end of the month.

Uniqlo's actually pretty useful for lolitas that want to layer up for the winter and cosplayers attending winter cons or looking to alter basics.

Forever 21 is also having a sale, but it's not as good as anyone would expect. I think an extra 30% for sale stuff? I saw some really cute animal sweaters, Peanuts sweaters, and Mickey and Minnie Mouse stuff, but none of it was in the sale section. They'd be really cute for JFashion.

DreamV seems to have some stuff that's reduced, but they do that a lot.

Some of the Storenvys I follow have some sales but they're usually taobao resellers and the sales don't come anywhere near how good taobao prices are.

Sanrio's offering 25% for anything they deem holiday related.

Japan LA also has a sale but a lot of the decent shit is sold out.

I like Uniqlo but I just wish the US store had some better stuff available, I've been waiting forever for them to get rid of the SPRZ collection and even though Japan/UK has new Moomin clothing they haven't brought any of it over here.

I almost got the U.S. Moomin stuff on sale but the cuts are so...idk, long and ugly? The prints are fine, but I'd never wear the shit they put in the U.S. store. I wish they'd do more vintage comic and manga stuff, weeby as that sounds. It was really nice having nerdy shit that actually looked good. I liked their MGS line too.
