Those are just brown gloves with a ribbed cuff. Should be easy to google. Or do you think that the gloves are attached to the brown cuff with the buttons on it? Because they arent. The brown cuff with the buttons is part of the coat. The gloves end at the ribbed fabric.

I'm not sure if there is a technically term for it but 'Flared Cuff Gloves' or 'Large Cuff Gloves' are the only terms I know them as. Even 'pirate gloves' might give you some hits. Try looking at LARP and SCA/Renfair stores might help.
