The color pallet could be better. Blue seems like a bit of an odd color to choose with the red and pink you have here. Try maybe a purple, pink, or red.

They aren't too high, just too close together, and the eyelashes aren't pointing the right way. the hands are also way too large (an easy fix on a digital drawing). also the face should have more pronounced curves since she's facing to the side, and the furthest eye shouldn't be that much smaller than the closer one. the lighting on the lip should be above the red part, not on it. also the bows on the shoe shouldn't look like that, look at a bow in real life from the side for reference. sorry if you didn't want this much advice haha. the colouring is really nice

Constructive criticism is great, but no matter how well-intentioned it is, there's a time and a place for it. If you draw something and bring it to people with the intention of getting help, then yes, you should be okay with people pointing out the shortcomings of your art. But that's not what this thread is.

If you drew a picture for your friend on their birthday, do you want them to say, "hey, the proportions are all off on this. Study up your anatomy, make some adjustments, and then give it to me when it's better"? If you cook a meal for your mom on Mother's Day, do you want her to say, "The sauce on this chicken is amateurish. Why don't you learn to make a proper bechamel before you attempt something like this"? They may be valid criticisms, but it's not a situation where you're asking for criticism. It's a time to just appreciate someone's effort for what it is.

So many people seem to learn the term "constructive criticism" and think it means they are doing everyone a favor by going around criticizing their work at every opportunity, no matter the context. Protip: that's not always appropriate.

I edited the things I felt comfortable changing since it was already a flattened image, eyes/hands/lips/butterfly. Her face roundness and curves I let remain because of my style or rather the way I draw, I have a tendency to make characters and individuals look too young. That doesn't mean I won't try harder in the future.
The shoe bows confuse the shit out of me because they don't fall in a straight up and down line and the perspective is odd.
