yep zentai suit is cheapest quickest option.
Keep in mind their printers are shit and some parts might come patchy and uneven in color, my zentai suit had a few big white squares on it.

Also its skin tight, if you want something a little more real, you might want to add some foam padding.

As for the mask, you can use spirit gum? Im not sure if its recommended for the face/eye area.
Though making it with foam is good, you can heat the foam and bend it.
Sticks I wouldnt know, I'm more sure if cons accept wood, probably not.

Cons accept wood just fine, generally the rule to the ones I've been is no metal and you're good. PVC pipe is an option too.

It doesn't matter how bulky or toned you are, you wont look it in a zentai,
So, go find yourself a Sub-dye pattern of nightwings suit, they look awesome AND pretty professional. scale it to your dimensions and find yourself a printing company that not only has a sublimation printer big enough,

(around 145cm is usually what you should go for)

But also prints on 4-way stretch spandex/lycra,

Have that motherfucker shipped to your house! if you cant fucking sew worth shit find a seamstress to put it together.

As for the mask id go with a urethane cast and spirit gum.

Nobody ever looks it. It's a well-known fact that comic book artists cannot draw spandex. They instead draw naked bodies/muscles and just color it in to look like a costume. If they did draw spandex properly, it would look much flatter.

whichever suit file you get, fabricondemand is pretty good for printing it.

Get a padded dance belt, DO NOT wear it like a dancer (dick pointed up), wear it dick pointed down, or else you will look like Boner Robin here.
