I want to cosplay as Elliot Rodgers.

Regardless of what you might say about his political beliefs, he was qt as fuck.

How do I go about doing this?

Live action cosplay only works if you look like them.. or are insanely good with makeup and possibly prosthetics.

Study up a little on contouring, compare his face to yours, and try to match it. Basically.
Like for example, I can see shadows on his cheekbones from the thumbnail. You'll probably have to contour yours.

Aside from all this, I'd recommend having something to reference who you are, just in case people don't recognize it. Like make a sign quoting his video or something.
