I don't think the site necessarily keeps moving. I've been having trouble with them over a week ago, since I started the order. No response to messages, no agent, nothing. I tried contacting them through the site, on their English Facebook, and then I tried messaging through the emails that confirmed my account having money in it and my payments for my orders. One of the emails was a Panbazar one. They had that domain name and the website was formatted exactly like Transbao, except the name banner in the corner was Panbazar instead. That site was up while Transbao.com was up, but now both are gone.
Could be they've always had multiple websites just lying around.

Bought a ton of cosplay stuff for a friend and I. On top of that, I wanted to do a review/run down on how certain 'popular' costume shops on taobao fared when it came to quality. (I typically make my own stuff, to be honest.) Should hopefully receive the shipment in a week or two, then I may be posting reviews on it should I have the time.

Got an order of some stuff from Ciciwork.taobao.com last weekend and wanted to post reviews in case anyone else is looking at their stuff. First up: the demon horns floral headband!

This is shipped with the horns semi-attached, although they include a small thing of glue and some extra flower bits so you can fix the horns in place once you get it. I found the glue was pretty crap so I'm going to re-do it using my own.

Flowers are velvet, quality is a bit meh (more like stretch velvet than rayon or cotton velvet, if that makes sense). Horns are a lightweight foam-ish material, there are a few defects that make me a bit annoyed. Overall not bad for the price,if you're super-picky or hate doing anything crafty yourself, you may want to steer clear, since they do need a bit of fiddling to make them look nice.

Next up are flowers and crowns. I'm pretty happy with the flowers, they're not quite VM/MM levels of nice but they're overall decent and the price will let me stock up on a good variety. The multi-hued flowers are a bit nicer, but there's fewer color options.

Crowns: I got two, so I could turn one into a scepter. They look pretty plastic-y in person, not terrible but clearly not high-end either. They pop open so you can swap out roses, I may fill them with fabric instead and use the roses for hair clips.

Star clips are pretty standard, dark cherry hairclip is nice, the teapot broach is a bit crumpled but should be fine, and the velvet flower ring was a waste of money (really crumpled and not nice in person).

generally their materials are good. their ribbons, lace and trimmings are great. and those flowers that come in the colour of the rainbow are beautiful. surface spell sells similar roses but the material they use is so inconsistent and surface spell is more expensive iirc.

i never bought anything with the crushed flowers because they already looked kinda crushed and fragile in the stock photos (lol why are you giving a bad/neg review over the crushed flowers. they are obviously meant to look that way) because they looked crappy and crushy. everything else i've had from cici is nice.

Transbao anons, how are you filing a claim? My bank is refusing to help me since I used my debit card and they require me to first contact alipay. I can't seem to find contact information on their website, and the phone number given to me by my bank is for "Cyber Source" sales department.

Also, did Transbao provide the alipay transaction numbers on their e-mails? I can't find it on the e-mails I received, though I'm not sure if I may have deleted them on accident.

That's what a bank teller told me when I went to an actual branch. He also told me that if contacting Alipay didn't work out, I could call Customer Claims. The call to Customer Claims lasted maybe 15 minutes, including the wait time for a rep, and the money was back in my account 12 hours later. I also used a debit card.

Looks like a short, curled teal wig. The very small ponytails are probably just that, very simple styling, parts of the wig pulled up into ponytails. You likely won't find one exactly like this. Yeah, I'm hoping that maybe they sent the dress out before taking the cash and running, so she can still get her dress. Specifically looking for the characters for Kagamine Rin. The dictionary just has vocaloid and all that brings up is Miku pretty much.
Also the wiki trick isn't working as I can't find a page just for the vocaloid characters.

I don't remember the correct words they use, but my order never got to the "purchasing" status. Basically, it was stuck at this step "We will check with the seller for your items' availability and will email you at first time." (before paying) for 2 weeks. But if your status is "purchasing" then it should be fine. It seems I was just unlucky and they kinda ignored/forgot my order.
