I actually agree with this, no one is, but it's like...don't they have their OWN standards? I often skip the makeup because I save that for special occasions, but at least make sure your hair is on point and all your clothes fit properly, esp if you're going to put pictures online. That blouse with that skirt is not working. All that white is making you look much bigger than you are, especially since the sleeves are not fitted. A brown blouse would have been better.
Ditch the hat. It doesn't particularly look like a lolita hat.
Those shoes aren't lolita styled, either.
