the blouse and the ribbon on the blouse is actually a layer of white prismacolor pencil, black prismacolor pencil and white paint for the stars. i used two different pens so i would have a darker and lighter black to work with as well. that way i could differentiate the ribbon from the blouse. for the ribbon on the head it was just a random old copic marker knock-off that lost a lot of its saturation so i can layer it easily.
