I'll try to break down Pruany for you anon. I say try because I haven't been using it for too long, just a few months, so I hope it's easy to understand.

1. Create the order, add whatever products you want
2. Once you've added everything, click "online recharge" and add all of the money for the products. I always go ahead and add enough for the service charge too, just to get it out of the way.
3. Click on the "without payment" button close to the top.
4. Check everything you want to pay for and click "pay". Or something like that.
5. Pruany has it shipped to them, they weigh it. Once it says "need pay freight" next to your items, you can now click on the pay freight button close to the top and pay for shipping.

And that takes care of all you need to do. Just a heads up: Pruany's cheap shipping is REALLY slow, so if you need something quickly I'd recommend upgrading.

It's not so bad when you divide it all up. Even if you don't count the smaller items into price, everything usually comes out to $10-$15 per item. It's a lot smaller than I expected. Sizing is accurate to the product image, not the image of the sample cosplayer. (It's stated in the description.) It's well made, though the fabric has a little shine. The inside is only as big as a fist. Doesn't come with the fox tail.

Cost of items ranges from $135(least items)-350(tons of items). SS fees, $10-30. I've spent from on shipping $70-170 with insurance. I've made four orders so far.

Shipping always get me, though, since I'm a really horrible judge of weight.
My first order was my cheapest, didn't have any lolita in it, so no heavy dresses or anything. It had a small handbag, a wig, two relatively lightweight dresses, one dress of average weight (again, not by lolita standards), two short skirts, a blouse, two pairs of shoes which were much much lighter than expected, and some small things that I doubt made much of a difference.

2nd order went up $20 from that, had a leather jacket, a fairly small men's coat, a backpack, a sweater, average weight dress, three skirts, a pair of shorts, some socks, a seifuku, and again small things.

My current order, I have no idea what shipping will be, as usual. The heaviest things will either be the men's coat or the backpack, plus I've got a letterman jacket in there and a fairly large fabric bag. There's also a dress, but I don't believe it'll be as heavy as the other items mentioned. Then there's a pair of shorts, three skirts, a bunch of bra/panty sets, generally some other lightweight stuff. This one's total is at $200 already including SS fees, and I'm hoping the shipping will be less than my first order, but I doubt it. It'll likely weight somewhere between my first and second orders.

Also, I use Bhiner's weight estimation charts to get a feel for how heavy each item might be, and it's always worked out around actual weight so far.

I have a question concerning taobao shoes. Im looking for lavender ones but I have really narrow feet. And Chinese size 41. I was searching using tags "lavender" plus shoes, etc, but so far got nothing. Do you know any low-to-medium heeled shoes for narrow (and long) feet that come in purple? Antaina is a bit too steep for me, given their quality has fallen down.
