We all know there are tons of techniques on how to enhance your breasts for cosplay. But how about some personal experiences. Which work better with what, which are going to be more confortable, cheaper, ect. Also other parts of the body like shaping your butt nicely for cosplays that wear skin tight clothing. How to make your waist look better ect.

For my two cents I'll lieva pic related's vid
>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xitbAl6LXYo

Also some advice for ass shaping:
>Try to make your waist smaller
>Heels also kind of give it a better shape
>If not too lazy, squats

Maybe helpful to someone.

I bought at aerie (where I buy most of my bras) a set of bras like these. They have them in flesh color, white and black. I got the flesh colored one and white. They are very comfy and work for clothes in which you will wear clothing that are low and open in the middle. I find aerie has decent prices when it comes to bras and they also send you cupons all the time on the mail. Don't know about bigger sizes but for girls with smaller bust that would like something like this, this is my recommendation.

Different anon but I'm predisposed to building huge thigh muscles. When I was more active as a teenager I'd get comments on it every time I wore shorts. Most of my body fat is stored there as well which only adds to the size of my thighs, particularly the front.

I don't mind having muscular legs but is there a way to train up a nice tight butt without ending up looking like pic related?

but in most cosplay, thigh gap trumps butt. unless a cosplayer is willing to commit to a year's worth of datass/thunder thigh cosplay, it isn't really worth it because she will look awful cosplaying as 99% all other characters.

keep the weights relatively light. Your muscles will tighten from the activity, but they shouldn't increase in size much if at all if you're squating say 20lbs+bar.

I know this feel, anon. What are your measurements? There's not much that I could do besides lose weight, since my rib cage is just wide and blocky looking. Four months of diet and gym and I've lost four inches off of my waistline and one or two off my bust(back fat), and I'm still kind of a rectangle because of my ribs, but at least my waist inclines now and it makes me feel a lot better about myself.

On another note, I'm curious what body type I have now. I'm at 34-24-35. When I started losing weight, my goal was 24in for my waist because I wanted to see if I could get an hourglass figure and I've heard at least a 10in difference between bust, waist, and hips is what makes an hourglass. However, I've got super broad shoulders and I've read elsewhere that figure also depends on shoulders rather than bust. So have I achieved an hourglass figure or have I just jumped from rectangle to inverted triangle?

>> No.7611328

How about hiding body parts rather than enhancing? We've seen lots of binding methods for boobs, but what about your ass?

>> No.7611377

>>7611281
Are you asking for shapewear suggestions or workout/diet suggestions? It sounds like both.

If you're asking for spot reduction, that doesn't exist. You can only take off your overall weight. You might see people lose weight in one area but "not" in another, but it's because of how their body stores and prioritizes weight. It's not uncommon for a body to have the fat around the belly high on the priority list, since it's protecting and insulating your organs.

How's your muscle tone and how physically active are you?

I'm pretty sticky myself. I'm starting to take the opposite route, since going down from 120 to 98lbs hasn't rewarded me with any definition. Instead of making my waist smaller, I'm focusing on making the rest bigger by comparison. I'm working on my butt, like this girl >>7611230, along with my thighs, I'm investing in well-supporting bras (I've been going without) and am looking into some pushup bras as well.
Sometimes I dream about corsets like >>7611289 said, but I don't know if it would work for me. I wouldn't be pushing fat around, except for the small squishy bit between my ribcage and my pelvis, but that's squishy because it's my organs.

>> No.7611451

>>7611313
Sounds like a slight hourglass but we'd have so see pics to make sure. Not that you actually have to post yourself, just that it depends on how you carry it and it can be hard to judge just from numbers. Some people have less than 10" difference and look hourglass-y and others have well over 10" but still look like rectangles.

Are your shoulders wider than your hips? If so, the overall effect may indeed be inverted triangle. But broader shoulders can also contribute to the hourglass look. It all depends on the balance.

>> No.7611454

>>7611313
I actually really know that feel.
I can lose a few inches off my waist, but I also know because of the way my ribcage is shaped, it won't ever "curve" like a waist should, it'll look curved a bit from the side, but not from the front.
Oh my god I thought I was the only one .__. I also have broad shoulders too. Blocky waist kindred spirits~~

>> No.7611744

>>7610932

You won't get like pick related without actively trying for it. Girls have less testosterone so they have a harder time building muscle anyway. As a girl you won't suddenly, accidentally have Chun-li sized thighs.

And besides, losing the muscle in your thighs is literally the easiest thing in the world. You literally do nothing and you will lose muscle. As another anon said though, weighted glute bridges are good, just don't neglect the legs.

>> No.7611767

Also, to everyone in the topic talking about "tighting up", "toning" your muscles, exercising is only part of it.

What you call toning is really just reducing body fat. Your muscles are always there and you'll be able to see more of their detail if the layer of fat above them is thinner. You can't spot reduce fat loss, you just have to reduce your overall body fat percentage.

And you don't do that by starving yourself. Find out your caloric maintenance level, which is the number of calories you have to eat a day to stay the same weight. There are places online to calculate this. To lose weight, eat 500 calories below your maintenance, to gain weight (It will be muscle gain making your butt look better if you eat enough protein and exercise) you eat 500 above your maintenance.

Try to eat a gram of protein per pound of muscle in your body and exercise, usually 5 sets of 5 repetitions or 3x8 with the heaviest weights you can handle without losing form (look up proper form or you'll hurt yourself). These are just really high level guidelines, /fit/'s sticky has a great guide explaining in more detail.

Enjoy being absurdly sexy
