I just got my package from transbao, and here's basically a rundown:

Does anyone have first/second hand experience with getting swimsuits off taobao? I'm finding some cute normal/cosplay ones, but its hard to tell if they'd actually work well for swimming.

I don't really like a lot of the ones I find in stores here (and since it's not February no one is selling suits anymore jfc) and the few I find are very expensive. I'd sew one myself but it sounds too tricky for my skill level

How is Transbao for rush orders, and how's their communication? I need to order 7 items (three Sailor Moon dresses in custom sizes and a few sets of tattoo stickers from 三分妄想 COSPLAY工作室, and three wigs from cos用品专营店wig假发 ), and I need it by the end of July. I just placed an order with Transbao. Their communication is amazingly fast (and they even apologized to me for not replying to one of my e-mails until 2 hours later. I've had to wait a whole day between e-mails with TBS so 2 hours is godsend.)

Perhaps try contacting them to see if late July is a doable due date? I'm hoping to get my order by early July. I imagine the only thing that would impact your deadline is the fact that you need custom sizing, which Transbao can't do much about.

I ordered a custom cosplay on May 6, it arrived to transbao on the 28, I received it yesterday using EMS. It should definitely be possible; it mostly relies on the taobao seller, though. For me, the seller sent the wrong size so transbao sent it back for an exchange, and it took a few more days than it should have. No complaints whatsoever about transbao's service.

So i wasn't expecting them to fit perfectly, although the material of the skirt and undies are really stretchy, so it's not uncomfortable.

For the top, it's a little big on me in the cups, but on the label it says 80C, so i presume that's the chinese size bra that comes with them?

For the bows you can take them on and off, and everything is really well made, and there aren't stray threads everywhere or anything digging in. You can attach the butt bow on the undies and on the skirt, there's a hook on both pieces for it.

I tried putting water on it, but i didn't want to soak it straight away, but its pretty thick fabric, and double layered so i think you should be okay? It has spots for padding inserts, but they're easy to get in/out as pictured.

Also, the colours are a little paler than in the picture i posted, but they are still pretty nice (although i just checked the taobao page, and venus is shown as being paler, so that's fine! it's accurate to the photos posted towards the bottom)
