Its hard to get breast removal though, you usually have to go through a bit of hoops and it isnt covered. But it is easier to hide that with binding and if not removal reduction can be done. Hormones tend to do most of the rest

For Mtf it tends to be harder because of the male puberty, so you are undoing all of that. Hormones can help with the face structure but it depends on how manly you are, and the hair growth is affected by the hormone treatment too. There are minor things that can be done like trying to make the voice higher that isnt essential. It isnt hard to pad though and getting a boob job is easier than removing boobs.

It is really up to luck, so how much you have to change and how accepting your parents are/how good your health care system is.
