This would be fine if you got a curling iron and curled your hair. As pointed out, the lipstick is a bad choice for neptune and her lips aren't huge so while you have a nice pout, I would tone it down and line slightly on the inside of your lips. Use less blush as well. I think your eyebrows could be less exaggerated too. Do you get them shaped? The right one is thinner at the beginning than the middle which is weird to say the least.

My opinion is that being overweight is a sign of laziness and lack of respect to oneself. I hate that it has to sound like fat shaming, but I don't understand how some people are always worshipping overweight cosplayers (or anyone else, for that matter) for being brave and dressing how they want. Its easy to get fat, eating whatever you damn please and sitting around all day. Its difficult making sure you don't over eat, counting calories, having discipline to go to the gym on a regular schedule, maintaining a healthy body and being fit. I'm all for cosplay equality, and sure dress how you want, but the fact of the matter is that we find it uncomfortable to look at fat people because that's not what our bodies area supposed to look like.
