I agree with you one hundred percent. I have other dream dresses/ones that I post more/want more but they are also pretty hard to find or costly. I think I'm beginning to fall for Iron Gate. At the moment I'd really like a bustle corset op or skirt, something non print. The version I used in the photo isn't even my favourite.

Oh dear, falling for Iron Gate sounds dangerous. I'm lucky that none of my remaining wishlist dresses have gotten to that level of expensive, at least not yet or before I was able to find them. Corset dresses are seriously so flattering on everyone, though. Have you looked into some of Excentrique's corset pieces as well? The shape they give looks really nice from what I've seen.

I actually already have my number one dream dress, which is Grazia Crown, and I was lucky to get it before the prices seemingly doubled. I feel like with that one out of the way, I don't have to worry too much about crying over the price of any other wishlist dresses, though I also have been on the lookout for some of those coveted AP solid dresses like Rose Dress-up, I feel like those have the potential to get crazy price-wise.

I hope you can find one of those Pierrot pieces soon, I'll be keeping an eye out for you! Definitely be sure to keep an eye on Tokyo Rebel if you don't mind paying retail/international shipping if you're outside the US, they do get those in every now and then.

Grazia Crown is beautiful what colourway is it? It's fantastic that you got it at a good price. That's really really good. A lot of my wishlist items are expensive, even though some of the dream items I already own are (VR skirt, MMITG jsk, Black cat witch and apple tree op + jsk). They are so beautiful, dresses like those make me consider trying AP again (height and their prints put me off also I don't like modern sweet lolita). I definetly think you are right.

I peruse dozens of dream dress threads, and am all over lolibrary every couple of days. I keep up on new brand releases most of the time, as well....

..and yet, I don't have a dream dress? I love lolita and there are a lot of dresses I really like (eg pic related), but I can't find "the one" (or ones).

How did you guys find out about yours? A thread here? A magazine? A friend?

Shipping to the UK with tracking is normally only around $30, $40 most. Unless it's really heavy.
