The only ones I know of are Qutieland and Clobbaonline. Both are pretty easy to use, but Qutieland takes forever to ship. I haven't used Clobbaonline yet but I've heard good things.

I've only used clobba online which has had great communication (Martin). After my last order though I'll probably just use a taobao ss. They're really limited on what they have, when the same items are still available if you just use taobao. There are a lot of resellers on storeenvy (only used HIMI, which has good communication, took forever though to get my order of two cakelove necklaces).

I know of Glitzywonderland and mylolitadress. But is it just easier to order through an SS?

Qutieland
My-Lolita-Dress
to buy Taobao items. I like these three because they have a cart check out system.
Also, My-Lolita-Dress acts as a Taobao agent. Contact them with what you want & she will get it for you. None of these three are Milanoo
