The way my gf found it was by looking at some cosplay pictures on facebook and somewhere in the commentfield to a picture with a girl with who got the latex plugsuit.
Not sure if its the same or not, but it looks very much alike.

Latex catfish's plugsuits aint even close to this good and fantastic rubber doesnt make them either.
Anatomic (or Andromeda as its called now) latex is the only one who can make it this good and close to the original if you look away from the breasts which has to be taken as they are.

Well... maybe yes in the case of the EVA plugsuits. As has been said, the Latex Catfish catsuits are VERY AFFORDABLE in comparison to major designers, but the details can be quite awful, so it would be best to do a bit of extra work (shoulders, seals, backpack, cuffs). That just leaves the question, how much difficulty is there in making all those parts?

It really isn't. The reason you don't sew latex is simply because the holes tear, and then the seams rip apart the moment you put stress on them. If you really wanted to sew latex, you'd have to back it with some sort of knit fabric, which would be a bit rough to do. Also the Cat Woman outfit stitch details aren't actual stitches if memory serves, they're painted on with liquid latex in way to look like stitches.

I've actually considered doing this (not for a plugsuit, but an android costume) but actually because buying a few of the latex catfish garments to cut apart and glue together would be more cost effective than spending the money on shipping for latex sheeting (all of the good suppliers are in Europe, the only store that sells domestically in the US is inferior grade). Basically what I'm thinking of doing is buying one of the plain catsuits from latex catfish and then a few other garments such as a leotard and leggings in order to cut the appliqués out of. I don't know how much "easier" it's going to be, per say, but I won't have to construct the base suit at least.

You can go to a shop that sells wetsuits and they can either take your measurements there or point you to where you can have them professionally taken. Then you just send those to AL. Be sure to specify that it's for latex and you need it to have fingers. Show them a few pics of the plugsuit so they know what kind of measurements you need.
