Kaoru from Kids on the Slope wears glasses and plays piano. There are some other chill guys from that series that also play musical instruments but they don't wear glasses.

la corda d'oro is another musical anime but I think all of them don't wear glasses.

Pazu from Laputa plays a trumpet but doesn't wear glasses...

there aren't really that many with glasses that play instruments, but you could always take your glasses off for pictures. I never understood why people can't just do that.

Thanks all, though I guess these are all really obscure and most would be hard to recognize. Speaking generally, something like DMC would probably the most recognizable (and awesome) music related anime cosplay.

John Egbert from Homestuck plays the piano.
Austria from Hetalia also plays the piano.
Both wear glasses. Sorry for the semi-weeb choices, they're just what came to mind first.

Sakuya from Hatoful Boyfriend plays piano, too, and if you dress up as a giant bird I'm sure people will overlook the glasses.

There's Natsuki Shinomiya from the Uta no Prince-sama game/anime series. He plays viola.

If you are willing to take your glasses off for pictures, basically the entire male cast can work for you.

Most musicians I know of seem to fall into either category, or if they manage to just not be in those categories, have customized instruments. Pic related.
