In my experience, R-Series measurements are pretty accurate.
I was just desperate for the JSK at the time and bought a L instead of the size I need.
I'm 84-66-84cm or 33-26-33in and while I'm not swimming, I am definitely making the back lacing too tight (so it's awkward and causes the shirred part to be a little scrunched up, if that makes sense)
I'm also 5'2 and the dress goes way past my knees.

Anyone interested in bobbins for free? I accidentally bought the wrong type for my machine. While they do fit and will work for the most part, they're just a bit too short and sometimes fall out and jam my machine. I have a pack of 6 that I'm willing to just ship to somebody, as I don't think it's worth it to try to sell.

They're class 66 bobbins, plastic, with curved ends (not flat across). I needed class 15 bobbins and now that I've bought some I don't have to make do with what I have. Left my email in case anyone's interested.
