Yeah the headdress doesn't really go with the rest of the outfit. Like it almost looks like she forgot the dress she meant to wear and went with what she had instead. Not saying it isn't lovely but it doesn't say 'perfect' to me.

Really like this outfit though maybe it's a bit otome? And I'm not a huge fan of the legware. However it's one of the only outfits that I feel the sash and rosettes actually look like they 'fit' with.

It's not even that. It's that 90% of sweet looks trashy as all hell--Like someone just sized up doll clothes using the exact same materials as the original clothes, or again, like someone is using curtain fabric for dresses. I'm sorry, but at some point it stops being "different people have different tastes" and stars being "This person has very poor sense of what works as clothing." I can like something but recognize its artistic/design value. But a great deal of lolita is worthless garbage, just like a great deal of cosplayers are.

Well I'm not saying she's ugly. I'm saying the way she did her makeup contouring and her choice of contacts makes her face look weird. Which I think is two different things, bad makeup is bad makeup that can be changed, contacts in a color that clashes with your natural skin tone can also be changed. Also, the baggy fit is a big turn off for me, but to each their own.
