Anyone know the cosplay rules? (i.e. How skimpy things can be)

General Wondercon thread, since I didn't see any in the catalog

It's my first year going. What's it like?

pic related was at Wondercon last year, so I think most skimpy costumes are fine.

Its a comic con, so more comic cosplays than anime, but there's still tons of anime, video game, and basically everything there. The big plaza out in front of the convention center is the gathering place for all cosplayers, so even if you don't get a pass, you can still check out a lot of costumes. Lots of vendors, panels, and stuff, but not as crowded as SDCC

Skimpy costumes are fine as long as your important bits are covered. It's a comic con, they tend to be a bit more lenient.

Wondercon used to be my home con and then it moved to LA and made me sad, but it's still one of my favorite cons and I go every year. It has the same sort of panels and merch as SDCC without the batshit insane crowds and panel lines. It's like SDCC without the bullshit.

This year I'm revamping my Valkyrie (Marvel), but I'm not sure what else to rewear. We'll see.

Saturday and full weekend badges are sold out. So I'm thinking of buying a Sunday badge and just enjoying the con since I live a few miles down the road from ACC. I'm just hoping that I don't have work that day, or it's just an evening shift so I can enjoy the con during the day.

Bump? Anyone else going?
