I want to buy this one dress, but I'm a bit hesitant, because it's un-shirred and in the photos of the seller wearing it, it looks very noticeably tight on her.
I asked her for the condition, and she basically only said it was used. I don't want to be rude and ask her about any stress on the seams she may have overlooked, but I would really like to know because this is a dream dress and she's priced it a lot higher than what I've seen it go for (but I haven't seen it up in a long while), so I'd like to at least get my money's worth.

Yup that is the inside. That is why I recommend each person measures their feet first, I tend to wear a 7-7.5 in most shoes and they were a tad snug. I just looked up a shoe conversion chart to get that estimate.
