First of all, why the heck are you spreading this onto cgl, we don't need this drama to spread. Neither side is going to win if you keep posting this here and on the secrets. Second, I think everyone who is quick to throw stones are forgetting about their friends who also talk shit and love drama, if we're really going to start banhammering people for "bullying" then we have a whole lot of people to get rid of.

Greetings from the ATL comm. I just want to say that no one is defending Amber's actions. People are upset about how the situation was handled. Retroactive rules, public shaming, etc. Amber can be a bitch and we all know that. No one is disputing that. I can post Amber's version of events if necessary.

Which is pretty funny because that's why people are mad now, one of the mods were uncomfortable with their decision to ban the person so they left, completely left the community. The other two mods don't really have any tangible proof other than the word of one of the mod's friends, there was apparently a witness but they weren't contacted, they didn't even message the person for their side before banning them.

The comm has banned someone before, and it was a vote among active members in the community at that time, not a mod only decision. That is why people are mad. There is no denying the person who was banned is a gossiper and likes drama, but this was not the way to go about it.

If you remember correctly the mod who just got banned was a mod then and petitioned the entire comm for weeks making sure everyone knew that they had to vote against her forever. I was one of the people who she tried to influence. It wasn't like it was a fair vote either, so I didn't show up.
