This would probably fit better in a mail thread, but since it's a Taobao order I'll ask here. I made an order through a SS late Novembder and it still hasn't arrived, and the estimated time of arrival was 25-45 days. It still hasn't arrived, and I wasn't too worried because of Christmas delays, until I actually bothered to check tracking. Pic related, is my package likely lost? Pruany is a hardass about shipping stuff seperately. They work in a way that makes every order entirely independent. Once an order is shipped it is closed out to them. I had to return an item to a seller cos they sent the wrong thing, and a few days later I shipped everything and forgot about the item I sent back to have exchanged, and my order shipped without it and it was a hassle to get them to put it into my next order. They said it was "illegal" for them to do so with their business model.

I have last year's release of this coat in M. According to my shoddy measuring skills, the shoulder measurement between the two shoulder seams is about 36 cm. My actual shoulder width is around 37 cm and the coat seems to fit fine, though I can feel how some might have issues with the shoulders fitting tightly.

Yes I have and check the sizing charts. The're very detailed. Most of the skirts and dresses are quite long, because that's the style, but the bodices may be too short for your torso.

I'm 5'5" and the majority of their pieces hit my knees or longer. Their models on the site usually have their height listed. The one they use most often is 166cm and 49kg.

Depends what you do to buy the stuff. Does it include domestic already? Are you buying from one or multiple stores? What SS are you using and what fees do they charge? $150 could be a dress and a blouse or several dresses and a pair of shoes, so that would definitely be variety in shipping. And what sort of shipping would you choose? Once you take into account all these factors, it's very hard to tell what sort of amount to add onto these items. I say as a safe bet usually I add around 15-20 (sometimes even 25) more for a small order and 10-15 more for a large (and light!) order.

Doing it right generally means buying in bulk and from as little stores as possible. If you're paying a ~15% fee on the total, and every item costs more because of the domestic shipping and you're aware that bigger pakcages = relatively less expensive than big packages, it becomes quite obvious why this is "the right way".

I personally can never enjoy taobao to its fullest because I'm a dirt poor student who lives in a poor country with weak currency to boost, so a 150USD (including shipping) order to me is a huge extravagance. You probably have better luck.

Well, if you buy from one store, they will combine shipping for you (which means the shipping cost will be divided for all those items from that one store). For example, if you're buying only one item from the store, the domestic shipping cost will be $6. If you're buying two items, the shipping cost for each item will be $3.

It's usually recommended not to buy heavier items, because international shipping is based on weight. The heavier your package is, the more you will have to pay regardless of how much the item is valued at. Between a $40 for two dresses and a $40 for two pairs of shoes, the shoes will be heavier and thus up your international shipping cost. Another way to shop smart is to browse a lot. Some stores sell the same items for less. If you're not lazy, you'll find those items. There is also sales on certain dates, or on certain items.

Depending on the SS you use, it also changes the final cost. Some SSs only charge 8%, some charge more (usually those with better English communication skills). Some SSs have a fixed shipping cost, which is very useful in some cases and less so in others.

Another cost to keep in mind is custom charges. I never got hit, but it's good to be prepared because saying it's a gift or/and marking down the value doesn't always work. Custom fees (or lack of) are usually affected by the type of shipping you choose, the season you're shipping in and what country you live in.

It's Chinese homonym slang, which is very popular currently. It really means 'The wig is super great', and I bet that the candy is actually some candy the seller threw in there as a gift. Super in Chinese pinyin is written as 'chao ji' (1st then 3rd tone) 超级。 However, to be cute or whatever, often people will use homonyms instead, and 'fried chicken' (actually stir-fried chicken to be exact) is chao ji (3rd then 4th tone) '炒鸡‘.

This also happens with other terms such as
内牛满面 nei niu man mian (lit. inner cow (cow intestine) all over face), homonym slang for 泪流满面 lei liu man mian (tears fucking everywhere).

tl;dr I paid, accidentally closed the page, and my balance didn't show up in my pruany account.

I've contacted them about this already (and included pic related, about 5 minutes ago), but have any other anons experienced this?

That happened to me. On the right-hand side, it says "Switch to old account". By switching it and reaccessing the page, it will show you the original links.

I don't know why they didn't seem to transfer over to the new cart, but it worked for me to retrieve them by switching to the old account.
