I'd recommend you add a little on your budget for wigs. Or try and find a used wig if you're really poor.

With that budget, you're going to either get shit quality or used wigs. If you don't want ebay, a good place to go is cosplay.com's marketplace.

I suggest finding a wig that is the general length and the accurate color you are looking for and then cut/style it to your liking.

Temporarily hijacking this thread to ask a dumb question - I'm looking to straighten a heat-resistant wig. Will any hair straightener suffice, or are there particular straighteners that people would recommend for heat-resistant wigs?

While on the subject of finding the right wig for cosplay, I am looking for a good quality wig to purchase for this outfit. What do you all think of me using the following wig (different colour of course) for it?http://ardawigs.com/products/inigo

I bought an Inigo and really didn't like it. It had a ton of short, frizzy fibers that made it look really bulky and disproportionately large--and I don't usually have problems like that. For that wig, try getting either a longer wig from Arda and trimming it down or try Epic Cosplay's wigs. Epic Cosplay has some really nice blonde tones.

So after searching some of the wigs they had, I found out they have a terrible search function, and I can't find something for pic related.
It's for a tiny con in March, and I wanted to order the wig asap because the postman out here delivers when he feels like it.
I really cant style wigs to save my life, I'm like Asherbee tier wig stylist, so I was looking for something close to how it looks, or if anyone knew someone who could style wigs that'd be great.
