Can't believe no one corrected this. That is hypertrophic scarring caused by irritation. Keloids can only be removed by a doctor and often return/keep growing. They're very difficult to treat, and fairly rare.

I think that everyone's issue stems from the wrong lipstick color; Traci has a bad habit of wearing red lipstick with every single Disney cosplay that she does despite the fact that not all of the Disney Princesses or heroines have red lips. Granted, there are some official face characters who slather on the make-up or go overboard with their eyes or lips, like that one Snow White/Cinderella/some other characters who does the "white eyeliner" biz. And there tends to be much stronger make-up for parades. But in general, yeah, the 'translation' for face characters is softer eyes/lips to avoid looking too old.

And, guess what happens when you try to channel a cartoon and translate it to real life? You end up looking like Yaya in her awful Jessica Rabbit cosplay, where she claimed to have done "cartoonish" make up, but all it did was make her look like a drag queen. Yes, Ariel is a cartoon. Jessica is a cartoon. The anime and video game characters that people cosplay as are cartoons, but trying to translate that to real life doesn't always work. Ariel doesn't have such an intense smile or eyebrows or heavy eye make up. Traci, honestly, only really succeeds in making herself look like some "sexy" alternative of Ariel. Ariel has an innocent face and I've seen the park girls and Ryoko Demon convey that better.

Traci's primary problem is her obsession with heavy eye makeup, not necessarily using red lips. Her eye make up, which she uses for practically ever "character" she's ever dressed up as, ages her so much and it makes the characters look haggard street walkers.

Compare Ariel vs Traci "as Ariel" vs. one of the current True Enchantment Ariels vs. two different face characters.

I won't say that face characters always look good, or that some of them don't look haggard themselves (usually the ones that look like they're on their last legs, no pun intended) but the difference between Traci and... well... everyone else in the photo is almost painful. The new TE Ariel is downright cute and looks like she's a teenager. The other Ariels look, at least, youthful because any makeup emphasis they have is on their lips--not on their lips and their eyes, with thick lines or clumpy fake lashes.

People don't really have specific skin colors due to race, race doesn't exist. There are more people who are a certain color within certain areas of the world but it has little to do with theorized race.

Skin color is however a genetic trait that is passed down through family members.

This pageant girl I knew showed me one and wore it one day, it was crazy. She wasn't the greatest looking, but damn that thing made her face look flawless. Stays on well too, but it's terrible to try and take off. If you don't get it all off and take the time to, it will break you out horribly.
