Acne like that pic doesn't come from an unhealthy lifestyle, it can be made worse through unhealthy habits but that shit is hormonal and REALLY hard to get rid of. Basically the only option for really serious cystic acne is medication and its side effects can be super unpleasant. I opted for the meds and my face is good now but i cannot tell you how bad acne like that feels.

It's something very medical. He says it's expensive and It comes in different containers and he has to mix it in parts while wearing gloves, and then applies it to his face (while still wearing gloves.)
