What are your DR cosplay pet peeves/unpopular opinions, anons?

I'll start.
-I'm actually not a fan of super-stiff and accurate Celes wigs. I think they look kind of stupid IRL.
-I think on the whole most Japanese cosplayers for this series are actually pretty bad.
-I think DR ask a character panels at cons are stupid
-I don't think Asians cosplaying Sonia EVER looks good, but I don't really care when white people cosplay the rest of the entirely Japanese class, yes I know this is hypocritical

I'm not as picky as you when it comes to DR cosplay, but my biggest pet peeves is the usual costume satin.
Other things I don't like
-Fukawa's with skirts too short, or short wigs.
-Leon's with their hair not spiked back

I kinda got stuck on one seller after awhile, they have some nice colours.
If I were you, I'd take a quick look around Taobao myself to see if you can find what you're looking for, since there's probably a BUNCH more options out there.

Just going on ebay and searching for a "dark purple wig" should get you something good! I'm not seeing anything good on epiccosplay or arda, but I guess you don't need to pay that much for a wig you're going to hack up to hell and back anyway!!
Just make sure to be smart while looking on ebay... when it comes to wigs I only buy from top rated/plus sellers! Check their reviews and everything too. Just don't get a black wig and you should be good. I would reccommend the ebay wig for her but the stock photos look super nasty... I wish they'd just show the unstyled wig :/
Anyway good luck! I'm sure nobody would mind if you picked a bunch you like and asked which to pick here.
