It's ooooold. So it had a tiny production run to begin with, but now is just incredibly hard to find. It was also one of the first dresses to utilise that style of printing if memory serves. I totally disagree with you. The hairdo is really cute and you can totally see that she take some time to do it well. About the cutsew, when you put it outside the skirt ( which is an valid alternative) always look like that. The color combination is really good, cause she actually have unnatural color hair that does not match the coord but she put some red highlight to make it more harmonious. the hairstyle on its own is fine (i mean i personally don't like odango, but whatever that's just preference) but the fact that she chose blue is off-putting since like you said, it doesn't match the rest of the coord nor is it complement any of the colours already present.
the reds she used in her hair don't really match the reds int he skirt either (which is what you're referring to when you say harmonious), seeing as the rose clips and rings are a great deal more saturated.

Actually the colour and detail distribution in general is really poor. you have a skirt with a highly detailed (almost to the point of cluttered) skirt paired with plain black everything else (except for the cutsew i guess), and the colours aren't evenly distributed either. red, pink, black, white, and bits of green are all present in the skirt while the rest of the outfit is all near-complete black. having two dots of red with the blue hair does not tie the outfit together, it makes the blue stand out even more.

i actually quite like the shoes+tights (i'm assuming they're tights) combination, and they do go with the skirt to a certain extent.

also brand=/=automatic lolita or any semblance of quality (salopettes and little bear's cafe in green respectively). just because she's wearing brand doesn't mean it's good.

I actually like this outfit, although not with the brown parka.
