I think it's mostly a fandom thing that's been around forever that's happened to find a new home on tumblr.

Basically, I think they idea they are going for is taking characters that have little to no actual evidence of them being interested in the same sex and having them have sloppy makeouts with them anyway. I think that is a pretty big distinction here: a bunch of kids want to cosplay as aliens, cue unsealed grey makeup everywhere and bizarre orange horns that also look bad and all of a sudden we stand out the most, and as one of the worst. The neckline still isn't ideal if you're trying to emulate the classic White Dress, so I think that throws the whole design off slightly. A dress like that can't really be accurately represented by a sprite edit of a white t-shirt.

it's more about trimming the wig down, actually. the fiber in the front hairline is way too long and slicks back really poorly -- I'd suggest razoring some of the front to get more body to fix the helmet issue. the hairline itself isn't too bad if you deal with the weird fiber densities.

You don't get away from the widows peak if you want to stay canon. Ventilating takes a lot of time but is worth it in the end, you can also cut away lace from the wig to create a hairline, check youtube for that.
Though I wouldn't recommend it as if you fuck up then tough luck son.

Getting a helmet head isn't too hugely of a problem for Cronus though because the pomp should be pertruding enough that it isn't a problem. You will want to exaggregate it a lot in comparsion to what a real pomp would look like though.

Derek owner here, the bangs are very long so you'll probably need to trim them. I'd go for a shorter ebay wig instead, Arda wigs are almost too thick for characters like Dave who have short sleek hair.
