Weight is fine on her. There are heavier people that pull off Lolita better. It's more about her general appearance and the look that she is conveying. She has that "I'm a Hot Amurrrican girl." kind of appearance, and she looks like she's going with the usual sexy look that western fashion sort of lends itself to. Rather than looking elegant and pretty/cute (which can be as simple as a makeup change and just a change in posture and expression.) But the orange tan doesn't lend itself well to the fashion at all. I'm all for any skin tone and race, but once you go into this realm is starts to look really fake. Which is fine when you're wearing tight short shorts and a bedazzled laceback top, but not in frills.
