I posted this exact same message in the last thread, but I think it was just after it went into autosage and I haven't had any replies. I'm hoping that by posting early on I manage to find it this time!

WTB: AP's Recital Ribbon cutsew (short sleeve) or similar white short sleeved blouse cutsew with a Peter Pan collar similar to this one (not one that's high around the neck, but lower and more on the chest, if that makes sense).

I know Chess Story released a blouse and Kidsyoyo released a cutsew recently, but I'll look at anything matching my description! My measurements are 88cm bust and 68cm waist, and my budget is between £20 and £30 including shipping to the UK and PayPal fees (although I'd possibly pay more for the AP cutsew pictured). semi-related. uhhh is it customary or whatever to clean clothes before you send them out to someone? because I bought a jsk and it arrived today, was excited to try it on and when I pulled it out of the bag this awful smell hit me. the entire dress smells like it too. since it's all over the dress and it's a really weird smell i don't think it's b.o., smells like it might be cigarettes/living environment smell. i don't even know. but it reeks. i put it back in the bag and the smell was all over my hands. i'm definitely getting it dry-cleaned but is this something sellers should be doing or at least offering to do? I just..am floored with how bad/weird this smells, my god.

Hey I figured this would be the best place to ask this. I just recently finished building a non-functional replica of a rickenbacker 4001 bass (pic related) for an FLCL cosplay of mine. I really enjoyed the project and it was a great way for me to practice my woodworking, so I'd like to do some more. Anyway, I know there are other cosplays from animes and things that feature guitars, and I'm wondering if /cgl/ would have any interest in something like this. They would be entirely non-functional of course (Except for the strings and tuning pegs which are store bought), but I'm confident I could do a pretty good job on just about any design, and I'm not asking any ridiculous prices. Just putting some feelers out there for this, any and all suggestions are welcome.
