Do we constantly have to have someone so obsessed with a dress and it ends up everywhere? First it was the Anon who loved that Lily of the Valley JSK, and now this.

Just a couple helpful hints for you Penguin-anon:

-HelloLace has a list of secondhand shops. It's a bit outdated, but includes places from all over the world. Bookmark the ones that look promising, and note which ones you'll need an SS for. If you'd like, ask in the Lolita General for other secondhand shops that aren't on the list.
-Check the auction sites daily. A significant portion of lolita on Y!JP is found in the Angelic Pretty category, so scroll through that. Also search the whole site for specific key words in Japaese. Mbok has an IW category as well so check it.
-Don't spam your dream dress everywhere. It does not make us more likely to help you. I like helping point people towards their dream dresses, and keep an eye out for things people post in the threads. In general we try to help each other out but we won't do the work for you.
-FINDING YOUR DREAM DRESS TAKES TIME. I cannot stress this enough. I get you're excited and want it now, but patience is your friend. Some girls spend years searching for their dream dresses, or may never find them because they love some obscure piece from 10 years ago. The secondhand market can be a crapshoot for some things.

I hope I don't sound too harsh, but you sound a little new at this so I'm trying to help you a bit. It's been proven that you can find the set, and that it's shown up a number of times. Now you just need to get yourself in the right place at the right time. Good luck!

The underbust rarely sells for under 13,000 yen. Recently it has been a bit lower. A couple years ago one couldn't ever think about it for under 300 unless it was pink. Demand for it varies a lot.

I sold my skirt in black for $375 a couple years back and had someone bitch about the price when I refused to go down. I already had a couple other people interested, so I simply did business with the next in line. Mine was the first release, though. The reason the long JSK doesn't sell for that much is because it's the least desired cut.

And that's the seller's problem how? Any time I want a print I'm not as familiar with, I look at any past and current sales I can find to get a feel for the price. It's on the buyer if they don't put the small amount of time into the research or don't have the patience to wait for it for cheaper.
