I'm so jelly of comms like this. I don't mind being one of the few more gothic oriented lolitas in my comms, among a sea of sweet, but sometimes I take a look at other comms that are mostly classic or gothic and wish that I could hang with them! I wonder if location/culture has to do with why communities will be comprised more of a certain style, since I feel like I see European countries seem to have more largely gothic or classic communities, while American comms seem to lean towards sweet.

They called you a meanie because its considered a bit offensive to say that a woman looks like a man in a dress. Additionally brolita aren't usually transgender: many are just cross dressers.
