Lace front. Ventilate it to get the hairline. Its not hard it just takes time.
Also take care to actually give the wig the pompadour look in the front. It isnt just slicked back.
The horns? Theyre a bitch and a half and all i can really suggest is trial and error. Make a few different versions (soft curve, sharp lightning bolt shape, more Canon and avgled outwards) to see what works.

I Dont have the Link (parents iPad) but i would suggest buying a lace front wig rather than ventilating the entire hairline as it takes a LOT of time, just doing the widows peak. There was a tumblr tutorial which also explained how to do it with a regular needle.
