Cristophine is actually a pretty decent cosplayer (admittedly she's more of a crafter but she's done some pretty cool costumes like Skullkid, Pokemon gijinkas, and some Final Fantasy stuff).

Arkham Batman and Robin hold the distinction of being popular cosplayers who still have a sense of humility, so they'd be a good choice.

if you want perspective from older community members, good people for that are Kaijugal or sarcasm-hime.

Red Moon Creations and Rice Hat Samurai are both pretty well-established artists at cons and are quite nice people too.

Goes like this...cosplayer is insecure about herself and cosplays as way to help her overcome this. cosplayer gets attention and instead of focusing on their insecurities they just ride the high of fame. Cosplayer eventually realises there is still this part of herself that feels insecure. Cosplater refuses to admit that this is her fault and instead seeks out to make other cosplayers shes jelous off worse off than her. Cosplayer bashes other cosplayers, cosplayer bashes photographers, cosplayer bashes cons...and then realises that she still feels bad about herself and now is mad because the reputations of all local cosplayers has gone to shit...and by proxy hers. He has no concept of lighting or composition (other than what poses will maximize panty or feet shots) and floods his galleries with every single photo he's taken at a shoot.
