You need circle lenses bottom line. There's no way to make your irises appear bigger like that with any other means and that's like 80% of the look. Second of all you need a very thick foundation and seal it with powder (masks any irregularities and dark spots on the skin so more attention is drawn to the eyes). That's why this makeup look only ever looks good in pictures, irl you will look like a cakeface. I mean you can even tell there's some discoloration between her face and neck and she's touched up this photo too.
And of course eyeliner and white highlights as others have stated. Falsies are kind of necessary too, but make sure you curl them upwards and blend well with mascara.

Why would you want to do that? Her face is fine, but her eyes look horrible. Like she's squinting forever. And because of how long her bangs are, they look like that's the reason she's squinting. She can't see through her bangs.

I'm not entirely sure why you want to look like an age playing weeb. Yes, those are circle lenses. I would say don't go for anything bigger than 15mm but that wouldn't make you look like an alien like her. Go for those black ones that just widen the edges, they make eyes look gigantic. Also, get Photoshop because it's more than half of her look.

I just prefer the more 'natural' look on Yuka. Young girls don't need to pile on tons of make-up to look good. Being youthful is the most important thing. Despise all the drama around her, I thought she was good at being net idol.

Yeah, make-up aside, Yuka was better. But then again she had help from that Akira guy who knew a lot about Akiba idols. Her sent her costumes, wrote her songs, and made her catchphrases. Abi's by herself; the most she has is videos of other idols performing. But then again the whole imouto style isn't really that hard to pull off. Anyone with a young face can do it.

the thing is you just can't get anyone and put this type of make up on them to achieve this look. If you have a really bony angular face chances are you'll look a mess. this type of make up looks best on asians tbh. this girl has the right facial features +angles,makeup and shoop.
