I have the coat version of this and it's really nice. I'm not sure if the skirt and coat are embroidered on the same fabric but the coat is a nice wool blend. The embroidery is beautiful and is sturdy. I've had it for a little over 2 years and there's no loose threads. It's the only thing I own from them but I would definitely buy from them again.

It's best just to search around. You could find very similar things to the things she is wearing by throwing around some key words like "velvet" ("gold velvet" gets much better results for some reason) and for the cardigan, something to do with patterns or "hollow" (means lace, holes etc)
I haven't tried translating "grunge" but "punk" comes up with a lot of distressed looking things so maybe give that a go.
And remember, run all the search terms through google translate, taobao doesn't speak english.

With most of those brands, I think they'll do larger for an additional fee. I haven't dealt with them directly in quite a while, though.

My first guess would be a supermarket that has a range of children's clothing. They often do a big generic range of school uniform for reasonably cheap, though they have a limited range of sizes.

I am not that poster but I have bought the set. Overall I am very satisfied with it.

Fur doesn't shed anywhere like you'd think. It's thick but not suffocatingly so.
Rope is lovely and soft. Wouldn't hesitate being tied up with it if it came to it.
Collar is tall so it's more like a posture collar, but isn't uncomfortable.
Ball gag is comfy. A lot of gags I get in the west are too small, this is just right.
The cuffs are interchangeable, e.g. can put the wrist and ankle cuffs together!
The lead and the whip are both made of the same thin pleather. I'm not sure I would yank too hard on the lead. The whip packs a sting which is pleasant when used gently.
