Nah. I know this look and it's what happens when you're short and someone taller (read: anyone) takes a picture of you. I bet on-level it hits her right at the knee. This shit is made for people this short, after all.
The torso does look slightly baggy but that's likely more a matter of waist/bust being too small. I agree with the need for a heeled shoe though.

There's two red-ish colors, just so you know- bordeaux/wine and orange/apricot.

It's a quietly popular print just by looking at the wishlist threads. I got the NWT bordeaux skirt for about 20% off retail, but a) I think I got a deal and b) I think the JSK is more popular so either of the red JSKs should probably be around retail ($240-250 I think). Maybe slightly higher if you bought it from a western seller. The blue will probably be less, maybe 200?

Honestly, with a list price that high, I'd assume the seller had an inflated idea of the item's value and wouldn't even bother to make an offer. You might be better off doing a one-day auction if you're hoping to get the most money possible with a quick sale.
