anyone have any advice/tutorials on how to keep a LONG wig from tangling constantly while walking around the con? not sure if i should
a) gel the ends into spikes so they dont get tangled as much (ive seen it done before, didnt look too bad)

You could tie a ribbon/elastic around the end of the hair while you're not taking pics or whatever. Like just a couple inches from the bottom, it will keep all the ends together without looking too much like the hair is actually in a ponytail.

I'm looking to make shin guards. Any good ideas for the material? Craft foam? There are so many materials to choose from but what would be the most durable and wearable? Tutorial??

regular craft foam works but you have to seal it with white glue otherwise painting it will be a bitch because it's super pourous

also back that shit with a gauss kind of fabric and it'll stiffen it up a bit so it wont tear or bend
