When I say it in English, I say it like tow bow, as in 'how'. In Chinese, the 'ao' is in between 'oh' and 'ow'.

I had a similar situation with needing a dress ordered quickly a few days ago (Mozarabic Chant hnnnnng) while I already had an order going with Bhiner.

I added the dress to my Bhiner cart with a note saying to please let me pay before they contact the seller since I don't want to miss out on the dress. However, I also sent an urgent email to TBSpree asking for the same item.

I exchanged half a dozen emails with TBSpree, paid, and had it ordered all within 2 hours of me sending the email. Bhiner had been online the whole time but hadn't gotten to mine yet, so I just deleted it in the cart.

tl;dr it might be worth it to go with a faster service if the dress means that much to you.

I wouldn't. Chinese products are cheap and decent as long as it stays outside the human body. With makeup it's just not worth smothering yourself in lead to save a few bucks. They're so notoriously lax and corrupted in regards to safety inspections that I would just stick with western or even korean brands.

I wouldn't recommend it if you're not familiar with the stores/can't read chinese, because anyone can sell pretty much anything on the internet, and it's easier to get fooled.

They have laxer regulations of what can go into the makeup, but it mostly just depends on brand, so read up on ingredients and figure out which brands don't use lead and stuff.

Also most shopping services won't even let you ship makeup, so getting it here would be a problem. I usually get my parents to bring it whenever they go visit, idk if you have someone like that.

If you care about make-up not being animal tested there are great brands that you can order from, like Urban Decay (personal favorite) and Too Faced. Also where do you live? The only way you'll get a customs bill in the US is by using FedEx or UPS. EMS, SAL go through USPS which does not hand out bills.

I live in the US and regularly order between 20-50 pound orders via both EMS and SAL (sometimes DHL, which is its own carrier and also does not charge customs, but not what you would want to use for a small order like yours)

Well, obviously it depends and you should look up reviews on the main SSs for feedback and such, but I can share my personal experience so far.

TBSpree is super fast, but they deal though email so you do have to straight up contact them if you want to add more things, change your order, ask questions, etc... Their speed is no lie though, I wanted to grab one of the last MC JSKs they just had up and TBSpree exchanged about 6 emails with me, processed my payment and ordered the dress all within 3 hours of the initial email.

I've been using Bhiner for my big main order though. I love their shopping cart system, and the website just updated so it looks _way_ better now. They're not fast by any means, but if you're looking to buy j-fashion or lolita that isn't in super high demand they're not a bad service to go with. The requote thing can get tedious, but I don't mind it as much.

I haven't had anything shipped from either service yet though, so I can't speak to that. Hope this helps some.
