I can confirm it's fake leather. It's super soft and a tiny bit squishy. (It has a plastic insert or something that keeps it firm.)

Good luck getting one- they're very sought after, I'm lucky enough to have grabbed one before the honey cake hype.

I'm not sure if this counts as an accessory, but I always loved this phone case so much!

Yup that's the one. It's very well made. I've worn it about more than ten times. The headband is wrapped in velvet so is cozy to wear. The only downside is whenever I tilt my head down a bit it slides forward or if I look down completely it'll almost fall. But that's gravity's fault.

I have a jewelry/copying problem!
I hope it's okay to post here. I was laser cutting some things yesterday (bones, bats etc, generic but still my own designs). My technician said he would do my order load if I left my files with him; he'd tile them up for me to fit the acrylic.

Embarrassingly, I'd included Automatic Honey's 'Kuma Bones' bear head design because I wanted one for myself but can't afford it atm. But when he tiled up the images, he cut out a good 20-30 of them, instead of my own designs. Fml.
Now I have a shit ton of A.H. knock-offs of A.P. knock-offs. (pic related, A.H. original).

Given how replica-friendly the lolita/fairy kei world is now, can I put "A.H. inspired" in the description and still sell them on? Or did I just lose a chunk of money on making something I can't sell.

It's honestly pretty harmful to the brand which is why it would start a shit storm but I think people would still buy them. That's just my own opinion though.

Personally, if I were dead set on selling them I would do so under a different business name to avoid people linking it back to you and to avoid any negative pr it would have for your store.
It's dodgy, but at least your own business wont hurt from it (unless someone manages to figure it out.)

I suspect that it might not go over too well with them either, but if you want to avoid drama and rage and whiteknights getting on your ass, this is the best course of action.

If it ends up being too expensive or complicated to deal with the seller, I would say your next option would be to either sell or gift the cutouts to people you know in person. Putting this sort of thing out into the internet will give your problems no matter what - someone will always find out, and then you'll get a sketchy reputation.

I have been lurking the loli threads for a few weeks and I'm quite certain I can craft necklaces/rings/earrings/clips pretty well. I work with polymer clay. I usually make accessories for fairy gardens and sell them to nurseries... but if there's a market for hand crafted jewelry, I'd like to give it a shot.
