A quick set of questions, what modge podge sealant should i use for my troll horns, matte or gloss? What helmet should i use as a base for a Mituna's, a skate helmet or motorcycle helmet? I believe the conciseness is that you should wear a wig even if you're going to be hot. Just keep a fan with you and drink some water.

If you don't want a headband, then the clips are a good method or you could get curved combs [you can find them at Michael's and Hobby Lobby] and put the horns on them, slide them in your hair and style around it. For extra support, bobby pin the teeth of the comb in thick parts of your hair.

Agreed with above anon. If you intend on having your helmet on 95% of the time, a wig is not as important as staying hydrated and comfortable. However if you plan on leaving it off regularly or taking pictures, go the wig route. TBH you'll probably want to have the helmet off regularly anyway - even without a wig you won't get good ventilation; you'll be more comfortable in a wig and no helmet than in a helmet with no wig.

Use a bit of watered down gel or take some hair glue between your fingers and grab at some tips. The same method can be used with the really heavy hair spray that's kind of like spray glue. You can get some interesting lift and volume. And it's okay, ask away and people will do what they can to answer despite some negativity. There are still decent people in these threads.

Cut that shit, jesus christ. If you don't know how to or are bad at trimming wigs, ask a friend, family member, or even a hairdresser to with a reference photo. You need it layered and short. It needs to at least show a bit of your ears at the side. I also suggest parting it more from the side. I know it's hard to with a wig that has a center-skintop, but it is possible. Some hairspray and gel will also get the sidespikes and layers to come out a bit on the one side and the bangs. If you're wig-retarded, just get a parent or something to help you. The only time I had an issue with someone re-using the same cosplay for every event was when the person kept insisting they were the 'irl' version of that character, attempting to RP atrociously with almost everyone they came into contact with. Hey, i'm a guy trying to do a budget Maid Equius outfit. I'm completely baffled by womens sizes and the fact every other website seems to have a different sizing chart for womens sizes, it's completely baffling to me.

Any of you guys a bit more knowledgeable in womens sizes able to give me a bit of a push in the right direction for a good looking Maid uniform that isn't super expensive (I see a lot in the 20£+ price range that are probably fairly passable, so that's the sort of base area I'm looking from really.) I'm a large in mens sizes.

Appreciation/Love will be dished out for any help. Also equius wigs, probably going to have to find one and style it but I've seen a few online that look fairly good, so pointers in that direction would be help too :D

JJ and MF, once girlfriends now what, enemies I guess? are one of the bigger names in the Homestuck fandom. You have those who like MF and those her hate her. Same with JJ. They seem to always try and cosplay to outdo one another but MF mostly does it to show off her body even if canon designs and personalities say "no, the character would never do this". Oh hey I got those goggles. They're at Target, if anyone's searching, about 15-20$. The lenses are mirrored. Probably not the best for Feferi but it works for Sollux [which is stupid cause duh].
