Actually you're in luck, because Octavia actually doesn't look very good (in my opinion) on anyone with a bust greater than 90 cm. My bust is 95 and there isn't enough fabric to cover my blouse underneath, so there's like, a sideboob kind of problem (sorry to be crass but that's the best way I can put it). Also, it seems like IW wasn't sure whether they wanted Octavia to be a halter or a regular JSK, so they added button holes near the back shirring for anyone who wants to quickly stitch a couple buttons on the straps and turn it into a regular JSK. I considered doing that myself, but the sideboob problem made me want to sell it to someone smaller.

I bought this at a time-limit sale, tried it on once, and it's been languishing on my clothes rack ever since.
