its a red off the rack coat from a second hand store, a pair of grey Dickies, and a couple of halloween prop hand grenades.

The pants are worth about 20 or 30 bucks new, depending on whether you bought them in some hip department store, or in the work clothes aisle of a hardware store, and that's the most expensive item.
